Itemize $425.00 fees are: a. $75.00 each ACF Examiners are reimbursement for their travel expense on gas etc. b. Cost for three examiners, $225.00 c. Balance $100.00; ACF Administrative fee for a member is $50.00 (Non-Member $100.00) and remain balance use for mailing cost the complete forms to ACF National office, examiners/guest refreshment (Pastry/Beverage juice/water) and supplies expenses etc. d. Considerations, site approved have to purchase and provide candidate equipments as require by ACF approved site. Some equipment’s (smallwares/cookwares), it gets missing, mistakenly taken, broken due to wear/tear or loss etc. Site has to replace the equipment loss. Chapter should support the host site in accordance with the ACF Practical Exam certifications manual, same as culinary competitions. e. Lots of factors to put into prospective with regards about operational cost of certifications educational program. f. ACF Cancellation fee $100.00 reimburse after candidate taken the exam. g. Balance Zero h. Bottom Line: Global Economics, mail stamps fee going up every year, schedule up for 2009.
